Ken earned his MBA and BS from the University of Southern California. Ken previously was a licensed California CPA with the firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Garrett started his technical career in the field running electrical and low voltage wires in residential and business environments. Over the next 3 years he honed is knowledge and skills and became lead programmer for home automation and network troubleshooting. While Abacus frequently calls on Garrett’s expertise in cabling, we mostly rely on his hardware and software troubleshooting for our clients remotely and through his friendly onsite visits. When his face is not in front of a computer screen, Garrett enjoys exploring, travelling and enjoying good meal, preferably while simultaneously engaging in a good baseball game.

Felipe’s experience in troubleshooting networks and installing hardware helps Abacus handle busy Tier I service requests as well as manage critical monitoring boards to ensure smooth-running systems for our clients. In his free time, he enjoys learning about new technology and spending time with his family.

He continually demonstrates effort within his team and ongoing projects without an end. In his free time, David is actively sparring in boxing classes, working out and playing sports with colleagues/close friends. He can also be seen joining obstacles courses in both New York and New Jersey. David rarely strays away from competitions and accepts challenges in all manners.

Raffi is a Los Angeles native who brings with him a wealth of knowledge having over fifteen years of Operations Management experience. He is greatly familiar with Statistics and Procurement having over five years of experience in both. For the past year, Raffi has developed a passion for Bookkeeping and Tax Preparation. Genaro Valles-Ramirez is a Junior Engineer/Help Desk at Abacus IT. He has a reputation of providing quality customer service, helping with issues related to Emails, VoIP , and any Tier 1 related questions. He also enjoys addressing onsite request and properly installing any hardware or setting up software to work as intended. Some of his hobbies are hanging out with his friend’s and family. He also likes to work on cars, workout, and eat healthy foods.
